  I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Jadore Nail in Bedford.. I was given a quote online of $30 + 5 to fix a nail it was 74 dollars when I went to pay.. they didn't ask me if I wanted shellac but yet did it and charge me for it.. It also took over 2hrs to do my fill.. My hands look ok if you just look at one but when compared side-by-side they look all different shapes..

  I had looked forward to spending time with my daughter when we decided to get our nails done together for her upcoming prom and graduation (Appointment was June 24, 2017). I was talked into getting shellac nails by a someone I had difficulty understanding. When I had gone to a different salon to remove the shellac, I was told that they had actually put gel nails on me and not shellac. I think I may have been over charged and I don't plan on going there again.

  Extremely unimpressed. Went in for "UV Gel Nails" and got Acrylic, after specifically asking my technician if she was going to use gel on my nails. I get my nails done VERY often, and I know the difference. VERY disappointed. I also sat and waited for 20 minutes letting my nails "dry" while my technician worked on another client. It took 90 minutes to get a "gel fill". Will not be going back, and certainly will not be referring friends.

  Very horrible experience I called the day before asking if they used real gel, I was told they did.... well thats not what was used, i should of known better to just walk away but I kept my mouth shut, what made it worse was the girl who did my nails had an attitude & she filed my skin hard enough to make me bleed, but what tops it all off is that my blood was on the nail file & she didn't through it out she put it right back in her drawer, which is disgusting!!! So unsanitary! I wont be returning to this place.

  I like going here because I don’t get harassed to upgrade, it isn’t painful, great prices, clean(when they do pedicures they have each package cleaned and sealed it that blue pack)
